Last updated: 01 May 2021
Thank you for your interest in the PageScout Affiliate Program! This agreement is designed to protect you, PageScout and our customers. Please read thoroughly. If you have any questions, please contact us.
This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the PageScout Affiliate Program. In this agreement, the term "Affiliate" refers to you (the applicant). In this agreement, “PageScout” refers to Otisar Ventures LTD, with whom you are entering this agreement. By applying to the PageScout Affiliate Program you are confirming that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.
For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must complete the upgrade to a paid plan on PageScout. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly structured Affiliate links. Properly coded links are the sole responsibility of the affiliate. Commissions can be viewed on the Affiliate Dashboard.
The commissions accumulate with recurring payments made by a customer.
If a customer downgrades or cancels their subscription, it is reflected in the commission payouts respectively.
To give time for refunds, the commissions are payable 45 days after the payment made by a customer. The commissions are then due when the Affiliates balance reaches a minimum of USD 50.
The commissions due are paid out via PayPal on the first Monday of each month.
In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.
